Unitil wanted to explain how natural gas restoration works and they wanted people to actually listen.

One of the biggest communication hurdles for any utility company is to explain why the power (or gas) is not working and why it’s taking SOOOOO long. We created this animation to make the information attainable, easy to understand, and easy to share. 

We love the combination of 2D & 3D camera moves!

Once the initial investment for this longer animation was paid, it was a piece that we could easily cut down to shorter snacks for social media feeds. In addition to being used on social media, the customer service reps would also routinely point customers to this animation to answer their questions.
